John Bernards
Executive Director
John Bernards is president of John Bernards Associates, a consulting group specializing in the action sports industry. John has a long history in the retail, life-style manufacturing and trade show business. He is the Executive Director of the International Association of Skateboard Companies and he is a former President and COO of MAGIC (Men's Apparel Guild in California), where he was also Chairman of the Board for two years and a board member for 14 years. John owned Off Shore Inc., one of the first companies to sponsor skateboarders. Currently he is on the U.S. Department of Commerce Exporters Textile Committee, the Board of Directors of USA Skateboarding, the Board of Directors for The Fashion Business Inc., the Board of Governors of Otis School of Fashion and Design, and the board of the Action Sports Coalition of Orange County. |
